The location was central and near the central station, a definite plus. my room included a workstation. That was very convenient for me. i found the reception employees helpful !

charming city stay

convenient location many restaurants ironing board constant availability
the hotel's location proved convenient. i found the proximity to many restaurants quite advantageous. the room had an iron and an ironing board. free sweets and fresh water were constantly available for all guests, a very welcome touch.
i noticed a little old dust accumulated in the room, especially behind the furniture, suggesting cleaning focused mainly on visible areas.

there are stairs leading to the reception area. the staff helped with luggage, which i found accommodating. access to the rooms required using two elevators and walking down some long corridors, a detail to note.

the staff members were always friendly and ready to help. i appreciate this hotel offering complimentary hot drinks in the rooms and also in the lounge. this service was available all day and night.

the hotel's central location made exploring very simple. it was a short walk from the train station and major attractions. the room was large, clean, and featured a well-stocked nespresso machine and tea selection. i appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a room facing the city.

The front desk staff were so polite. I was amazed with the central location near the train station. My room had wonderful window light and a tower view.
The hotel did not seem to have any soundproofing.

the location was very close to the train station. the bed was comfortable, i slept well. i found many restaurants nearby for dining options. the staff was helpful when i needed directions.
the coffee machine in the room was non functional.
